Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Appointments may be offered outside the normal surgery hours.

A receptionist is available to speak to patients over the telephone or in person from 8.30am - 6.00pm (6.00 - 6.30pm for emergency telephone calls) at Regis Medical Centre, Monday - Friday.

Out Of Hours

The practice now offers medical services between 8.00am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. The surgery gates are open from 8.30am until 6.15pm. However, emergencies between 8.00am and 8.30am will be directed to the ‘On Call’ doctor for the day. Medical emergencies out of these working hours are now managed by the Primary Care Trust. In order to access these services, please telephone 0121 559 3957. A recorded message will give you the telephone number of the out of hours services provider. Have a pencil and paper ready to take down a number you will be given.
